Queries will be issued by monitors or trial coordinators appointed by the SAKK. You will be informed when new queries have been generated in order to solve them. On the different overviews trials and patients with queries are easily identified.
CRFs containing queries are highlighted in orange in the CRFs patient schedule.
To access the queries, click on the form and then on the “Queries” button at the end of the CRF.
Unanswered queries are in red. The answer has to be written under “Answer here”. The query is directly saved with signature. Answered Queries are in green. Queries are named as “resolved” as soon as it has been treated by the SAKK CC and the CRF has been updated.
